1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lytnt, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and run the Lytnt desktop application on compatible macOS devices for your personal or commercial use.

3. User Responsibilities & Gemini API Keys

Lytnt requires an active Google Gemini API key to perform image generation and analysis.

• You are responsible for obtaining your own Gemini API key through Google AI Studio.
• You are solely responsible for any costs, usage fees, or violations associated with your Google AI Studio account and Gemini API usage.
• You agree not to use the application or the Gemini API for any illegal or prohibited purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

- Your Assets: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any reference media, tags, projects, prompts, or generated outputs created using Lytnt.

- Our Software: The application structure, design, code, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Lytnt.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lytnt is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lytnt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the application.
